 After another day of gnarly pain yesterday my mind sometimes wanders into nostalgic thoughts and i find myself looking at the past and images, family and friends who have passed , times of new adventures, sad times , and here we all are hurtling along on our little planet watching people witness a unravelling unfold , people going through heightened awareness and emotions dealing with life as best as you can and really all that comes to mind is to love one another , love with deep conviction , tell the people you love you love them , its a simple word with profound ramifications ....................................
